  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website and booking a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
  2. Booking Process: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  3. Rates and Payments: Prices are listed in [EUR or applicable currency] and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
    – Payment may be required in full or in part at the time of booking, depending on the selected rate.
    – We reserve the right to modify rates at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  4. Cancellation and Modification Policy: Cancellation and modification terms vary depending on the selected booking rate.
    – Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment is due at the time of booking and is not refundable under any circumstances.
    – Flexible Rate: Bookings may be canceled or modified free of charge up to 7 days before check-in. After that, 25 % of the booking fee will be charged.
    Specific cancellation terms will be provided during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
  5. No-Show Policy: Failure to check in without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
  6. Refund Policy: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  7. Check-in / Check-out
    – Check-in time: 14:00
    – Check-out time: 12:00
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  8. Guest Responsibilities: Guests must:
    – Provide valid identification at check-in.
    – Refrain from causing damage or nuisance.
    – Follow hotel rules as posted or provided.
    We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest acting inappropriately without a refund.
  9. Liability: We are not liable for:
    – Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    – Injuries or accidents occurring during your stay unless due to our negligence.
    Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
  10. Privacy: We collect and process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
  11. Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
  12. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the applicable laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
